Day three of business sessions for the 2025 General Conference (GC) Session has wrapped up with the election of a new secretary, Richard E. McEdward, and the reelection of treasurer Paul H. Douglas. Both officers will speak with the press on Monday, July 7, 2025.
Other elected officials include six associate treasurers and seven general vice presidents.
Three of the newly elected officers spoke at a press conference late this afternoon to take questions from church and external media.
The interview featured Robert Osei-Bonsu, GC general vice president; Pierre Omeler, GC general vice president; and Guideon Mutero, GC associate treasurer.
Evening worship takes place inside the Dome at the America's Center at 6 p.m. EST, hosted Hope Channel International.
