The Infusion Hope Center of Influence in southern Chile continues to strengthen their connection with the community. Through various initiatives, they seek to meet people's needs through service activities, training, and fellowship, creating spaces where the community can develop skills, strengthen relationships, and experience God's love naturally.

In Temuco, the Infusion Hope Center of Influence continues to fulfill this mission with the addition of a new crochet and knitting workshop that already has about 25 participants. The initiative, launched this year, teaches crochet and knitting to people with no prior experience while promoting community service. Participants make scarves and hats that will later be given to people experiencing homelessness, turning their learning into an opportunity to help others and share hope.

Over the past few years, Infusion Hope Center of Influence has developed free workshops that teach baking, pastry making, cooking, and other practical activities. The workshops have brought hundreds of people closer to the Adventist Church through selfless service.

The crochet and knitting workshop expands this offering and has been well-received since its first weeks of operation. Thanks to the support of the Adventist Church administration in Southern Chile, it was possible to acquire yarn, knitting needles, and crochet hooks to facilitate the participation of attendees.

Participant commitment has also grown rapidly. In addition to making clothes for vulnerable people, several have decided to donate their own materials to the project.

In 2026, Infusion Hope Center of Influence moved its activities to the administrative offices of the Seventh-day Adventist Church in Southern Chile, located in downtown Temuco. The new location has facilitated community access and strengthened the bond between participants and the institution's staff, significantly increasing participation in various workshops.

While at the previous location, the workshops brought together between 25 and 28 people. In the new location, some sessions reach nearly 45 participants, reflecting the growing interest of the community in these initiatives.

In addition to practical workshops, a gathering designed to strengthen the spiritual aspect of those participating in the workshops takes place once a month. In a close and welcoming environment, attendees share experiences, reflect on faith, and learn more about God's love.

Through these initiatives, Infusion Hope Center of Influence works to build a bridge between the Adventist Church and the community, demonstrating that learning, friendship, and service can open opportunities to transform lives, share hope, and bring people closer to Jesus.
