Signs of the Times Publishing Association (STPA) proudly presents the first Chinese health education guide written specifically for children!

Authorized by the General Conference and supported by the Children’s Ministry Department of the North Asia-Pacific Division, STPA has had the opportunity to produce “Celebrations: Healthy Inside Out.”

Based on the 12 health principles summarized by the acronym “CELEBRATIONS,” the book uses vivid pictures, lovable characters, and simple text to help children understand these principles and establish healthy habits through a fun and engaging learning experience. Through the stories and interactions between the characters in the book, children can learn essential concepts like maintaining a balanced diet, getting adequate sleep, exercising regularly, and taking care of their physical and mental health. The book also provides practical health tips to empower children to make healthy choices in their daily lives.

The book is suitable for independent reading and shared reading between parents and children. Parents can use it to discuss health-related topics with their children, exchange ideas and thoughts, and enhance parent-child relationships. Its content is easy to understand and is suitable for children aged 5 to 10. In addition, churches can incorporate the book into children’s classes or health camp curriculum to promote healthy living practices.
