The youth movement under the motto "Let's get together" is gaining strength in Yakutsk, Russia. More and more young people are making the decision to partner in their work for the glory of God and the happiness of local people.
Recently, young people from the Yakutsk church prepared food packages for those in need. On Saturday, after completing a special prayer, they went to visit the people, and in the evening, they youth gathered again at the church for fellowship and a meal. They shared encouraging moments of the day’s service activity, and glorified Jesus Christ.
“How nice to see that a person's need for support, attention, and friends is fulfilled through us,” one participant shared. “We want the good news to reach the most remote corners of our earth. Through us, may people feel the love of Jesus Christ and accept him as their personal Savior.”
“Then the righteous will answer him, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink? When did we see you a stranger and invite you in, or needing clothes and clothe you? When did we see you sick or in prison and go to visit you?’ The King will reply, ‘Truly, I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me’” (Matthew 15:37-40).
