“Making a Fresh Start” in 2005, both individually and for the Seventh-day Adventist Church family, is the focus of Pastor Jan Paulsen, world church president’s New Year’s message. What was done in 2004 can’t be changed, he notes, but all resolve to do more and better for the Lord in the New Year.

The message was recorded at the church’s world headquarters in December. With approximately 25 million weekly worshippers in 114,000 congregations in 203 countries and areas of the world, the Seventh-day Adventist Church is a mainstream Protestant church dedicated to sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ and the news that He will soon return to the Earth. The church operates one of the largest private educational networks in the world, and also emphasizes healthy living in its worldwide outreach.
