The Seventh-day Adventist Church in Austria has launched a 16-part documentary series, titled Kingdom Come, on YouTube. The series connects pivotal moments in world history with biblical predictions, aiming to foster reflection on the relationship between power, truth, and faith.

According to the creators, the episodes—each between five and ten minutes in length—unfold a narrative that stretches from ancient Babylon to modern-day New York. The project is geared toward history enthusiasts who are open to exploring biblical prophecy but not necessarily seeking traditional doctrinal presentations.

The series is designed to appeal to both believers and secular viewers who are questioning themes such as freedom, conscience, and spiritual authority. It draws heavily from the books of Daniel and Revelation, offering what producers describe as "food for thought, not dogma."

Some of the released episode titles include:

  • Biblical Prophecies Decoded

  • Predicted 2,500 Years Ago – and Today a Reality

  • Babylon Fell in One Night – and [the Prophet] Daniel Knew It

  • Daniel Saw the Kingdom of Alexander [in Advance] – and It Came

  • The Bible Predicted the Fall of Rome

  • The Roman Empire Lives On – Yet No One Talks About It

  • The Little Horn – the Most Dangerous Power in the Bible?

The series is available with German audio and English subtitles, with new episodes released weekly.

A Broader Mission in Central Europe

Austria is part of the Inter-European Division (EUD) of the Seventh-day Adventist Church, which includes 20 countries across Central, Southern, and Eastern Europe. Though secularism is prevalent in the region, the Adventist Church continues to engage with broader society through media, education, and public outreach.

The Austrian Union of Churches has a membership of approximately 4,000 Adventists worshiping in more than 50 congregations. The church supports ministries focused on youth, health, and media, including Stimme der Hoffnung (Voice of Hope), the EUD’s official media center headquartered in Germany.

Through digital initiatives like Kingdom Come, Austrian Adventists are seeking new ways to present timeless biblical themes to a contemporary audience, inviting viewers to consider the relevance of ancient prophecies in today’s global context.
