One of the books published by The Stanborough Press Ltd was presented with the prestigious Wise Women Award on 14 March 2021 for outstanding Christian Book of the Year. Stanborough Press' book won the hotly contested prize over many other nominees.
The book that won is entitled Cooking With Kids by Kirly-Sue, aka Susanne Kirlew, from the Walthamstow Church in London.
The Wise Women Awards Ceremony has been a tradition within the UK for years and recognizes the contributions Christian women from across denominations in the UK, Europe, and the USA have made in the church and wider society.
Kirly-Sue said, "I thank God for this award. I am so pleased and feel so humble. Writing a book is no easy task, and then driving the sales is an even bigger task, but God has been with me and the Stanborough Press each step of the way."
