The Northern Home and Health Education Service (SEHS), based in Lima, Peru, in collaboration with the Peruvian Union University (UPeU), the Villa Unión Adventist Church, and Adventist Entrepreneurs, launched the project Free in Christ. This program seeks to provide hope and spiritual freedom to young people facing addictions and personal challenges.

Free in Christ brings together Adventist students, leaders, and entrepreneurs in a collaboration that transforms lives. This initiative stems from the desire to bring hope to vulnerable young people. Through it, it encourages commitment to the mission of evangelism and the comprehensive support of those facing addictions.

The project began on October 19, 2024, with a visit to the Agua Viva Health Center. Thirty volunteers attended this activity, including the staff of SEHS North, UPeU students, and promoters of the Biblical School. Also present were members of the School of Psychology and representatives of the Villa Union Church.

During the visit, group dynamics, memory exercises, songs, and spiritual reflection were performed. In addition, the inmates participated in biblical studies focused on strengthening their faith and hope. These activities promoted the integral well-being of the participants and fulfilled the purpose of the Missionary Afternoons, involving all sectors in the fulfillment of the mission.

For next year, the project includes:
