The post continues, “This morning we were honored to have Her Royal Highness Princess Mary of Denmark and her delegate visit ADRA’s Elang Family Support Services Centre at Etas.
“Women who have been empowered through Blossom’s life skills trainings had the once in a lifetime opportunity to showcase to Her Royal Highness, the items they produce and sell to earn an income for their family.

“With the impacts of Climate Change affecting people in Vanuatu especially women and children, Etas community got to share their story of how they are adapting to the changes.
“We hope that this visit will provide valuable insights into the challenges women in Vanuatu face and inspire further action towards creating a more sustainable, equitable, and resilient future for all.”
The Australian-born princess arrived in Vanuatu on Sunday, April 23, 2023, for a visit focused on the consequences of climate change in the South Pacific. After Vanuatu, she will head to Fiji for a few days before traveling to Australia.
