The Adventist Church’s first Global Internet Evangelism Forum is coming up at the church’s world headquarters in Silver Spring, Maryland, Sept. 30 to Oct. 3 this year. This global meeting comes after the Council on Evangelism and Witness established an online committee whose goal is to use the Internet as a way of outreach.
“One of the recent developments was learning that Michael Mok, a full-time Internet evangelist and pastor from China, will present an exciting report to the forum on outreach in China,” says John Banks, co-chair, Global Internet Evangelism Network.
The closing date for registration for the event is Aug. 12. Visit www.gien.adventist.org for more information.
