This school differs from the usual one in that the students do not come to the building, as it is a completely virtual school. This type of education has its advantages: there is no need to waste time on the road, you do not carry a heavy briefcase, there is no worry of bad weather or that your child will be lost. This school consists of online classes from the Istok Christian School in Nizhny Novgorod.

On September 1, 2021, at 9:00 a.m. Tatyana Bykova, the deputy head of the school, and Natalya Kassel, the headteacher for distance learning, together with the presenter Gohar Budagyan and other participants on the YouTube channel, conducted a live broadcast of the dedication of the school opening and the beginning of the school year. https://youtu.be/6E9T_jNDkpY.

The dedication was led by Ivan Velgosha, Head of the West Russian Union, Vladimir Vachev, Treasurer of the union, and Lev Bondarchuk, the initiator of this project, now serving as President of the Far Eastern Union of Churches (FEC). The Director of the Istok Christian School, Elena Smirnova also gave a welcome speech. Dana Golovacheva and Ruslan Larin gave parting words to parents.

With the participation of teachers, pastors, and students, thanks to singing and a small quiz, the dedication program turned out to be solemn and beautiful. And, of course, the first ringing of the bell of the first-grader could not be left out.

About 70 children and parents from all over Russia from Kaliningrad to the Far East joined the live dedication. All of the viewers were actively participation - answering the questions of the presenter in the chat and putting likes for the speeches. Immediately following the dedication and welcome, everyone went to their virtual classrooms.

The main goal of this Christian school, of course, is to reveal the character of God and the person of Jesus. Therefore, each day the lessons will begin with a "Lesson of Wisdom", conducted by the School Chaplain, Alexander Kuznetsov.
