Indian Youth Conference (IYC) 2023, held at Dr. Annie Besant Park in Bangalore on November 8–12, stood as a testament to the dynamic spirit of Adventist youth. This year's theme, "From Glory to Glory," resonated with the 650-plus attendees who gathered for a time of spiritual growth and fellowship during the week (there were over 1,000 attendees during Sabbath worship).

IYC is a supporting ministry of the Seventh-day Adventist Church, run by Adventist youngsters in India, with the purpose of helping the youth grow in Christ and take an active role in the Lord's work. The church leadership at the Southern Asia Division has been supportive of this initiative, recognizing its impact on the spiritual development of young Adventists in the region.

After pastoring in Romania, he furthered his studies in Norway and the United States, eventually becoming an associate ministerial director for the General Conference Ministerial Association and the editor of Ministry magazine. Pastor Goia has encouraged churches to pray for the outpouring of the Holy Spirit, believing that such divine empowerment is essential for effectively reaching the unreached in their communities with the good news of Jesus Christ.
