The Adventist Church in Bolivia held two intensive weeks of evangelism entitled “The End of the Great Conflict.” From September 15 to 28, 2024, hundreds of evangelists shared sermons in more than 3,500 preaching centers. The evangelism department reported that 3,388 people were baptized throughout the country.
The campaigns began on September 15 with the Caravans de Esperanza (Caravans of Hope), which reached different remote communities. Leaders from the Church's South American Division (SAD) joined the different events. The director of Communication at the SAD, Jorge Rampogna, indicated that the movement of the Church in Bolivia is leading many people to the feet of Jesus.
For the main week, more than 60 announcers from Radio Nuevo Tiempo, the Adventist television and radio channel in South American, which is part of Adventist World Radio, joined in evangelism in the central region. During the mornings, they were trained and at night they supported the preaching centers. The director of Radio Nuevo Tiempo for South America, Tomás Parra, highlighted the soul-winning in Bolivia and pointed out that the Nuevo Tiempo Network contributes to this purpose.
The grand closing of the spring evangelism was held on Saturday, September 28 with a celebration program, thanking the Church and God for the thousands of people who accepted the faith. The president of the Adventist Church in Bolivia, Hugo Valda, thanked all the members and pastors involved in these campaigns. The national evangelism leader, Mario Zurita, added to these words of thanks, who indicated that all the work that is done is so that Christ returns soon.
