Action in Argentina benefits dozens of people

In the framework of Donor Week and World Blood Donor Day, Adventist youth from Cuyo, Argentina, joined the solidarity campaign for blood donation Vida por Vidas (Life for Lives), supporting different hemotherapy centers and hospitals in the region.

At the Regional Hemotherapy Center of the Province of Mendoza, Pastor Marcelo Coronel and a group of young people participated in the solidarity initiative.

"Donating blood is sharing life, sharing hope," said one of the young participants.

Also in the eastern part of the province, at the San Martín Hospital, Pastor David Córdoba and a group of young people from his district participated in the campaign and were able to share Granix products with the team from the hospital hemotherapy sector.

Pastor Gabriel Cevasco, president of the Adventist Church in Cuyo, accompanied the initiative at the Mendoza Hemotherapy Center, affirming that at this time of health crisis it is necessary to show the love of God in concrete acts of Christian solidarity.

The youth initiative continues to expand in the provinces of San Luis, La Rioja, and San Juan, where the initiative is also being promoted.

“The participation of our young people in this initiative is combined with the Life for Lives project and the Club of Leaders of the Young Ministry of Argentina, where almost 100 of our young people participate and were invited to show solidarity,” Coronel says. “Those who, due to health issues, cannot donate, can aid the project by spreading the word about it on their social networks. ”

The Seventh-day Adventist Church joins the efforts of various institutions in favor of blood donation in the country and the world.
