On October 9, the two congregations of Novokuznetsk gathered together to give thanks to the Lord for the harvest He has sent to all of our people. They gave thanks for the bounty of the harvest, material and spiritual, which He has sent throughout the year to everyone who lives on earth. Family, friends, and acquaintances were invited to the event. And the house was filled! More than 150 people came to the celebration, 12 of whom were attending church for the first time.

The stage, beautifully decorated with flowers and gifts of the earth, musical numbers, and performances of children and youth, created a wonderful solemn atmosphere filled with warmth and homeliness. The pastor's sermon and inspiring call touched the hearts of many people, three of whom declared their desire to accept Jesus Christ as their Savior.

The real triumph of this celebration was the baptism of the two sisters. You might say these were the most precious fruits the church received that day!

The joy that filled the hearts of the people that day could not remain only within the walls of the church building; it was decided to share the gifts the Lord had sent with the needy. With participation of all interested persons, 25 food sets were formed, then distributed after the end of the program.
