Day five of business sessions for the 2025 General Conference Session has concluded with the election of GC Department leaders for the 2025-2030 term.
Newly elected Adventist Youth Ministries (AYM) director Busi Khumalo spoke to the media today.
“These next five years will ensure we involve young people in the mission of the church. We can’t afford to have business as usual,” Khumalo said.
He spoke after delegates voted to amend the Church Manual to include newly introduced disciple-making wording that updates the mission of youth ministries across the global church.
Evening worship takes place inside the Dome at the America’s Center at 7 p.m. CT, hosted by Hope Channel International.
