The humanitarian arm of the Seventh-day Adventist Church, the Adventist Development and Relief Agency (ADRA), has updated the ADRA “Do Something Kit,” a resource for those wanting to assist the organization.

Ideas included are assembling a back-to-school kit for kids around the world in need, having an ADRA yard sale, or how to become an ADRA ambassador.

“This is for people who want to get involved with ADRA besides sending in a donation,” says Todd Reese, marketing and development assistant for ADRA International.

The kit has a bright yellow design and is being sent to interested schools and church groups wanting to do projects for ADRA. It also includes a poster that can be displayed at businesses or yard sales.

ADRA also plans to distribute the kit at the Pathfinder camporee with some 30,000 participants in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, this summer, as well as the Adventist world church session next summer in St. Louis.
