Fifty-two Pathfinder club leaders in Ukraine met in Kamianets-Podilskyi on September 23–27 for a "One Voice" training session.

The training focused on the value of Children's Ministry and the responsibility of Children's Ministry leaders in preparation for OneVoice27.

The training program covered various aspects of a leader's work.

Speakers included Ivan Romaniuk, (“Creativity on a Budget”), Valerii Glushchenko, (“Mission Through Events”), Yevhen Alokhin, (“Building a Team That Avoids Burnout”), Valentyna Holoskevych, (“A Club Where Everyone Wants to Stay”), and Yurii Zhebet, (“A Year Without Last-Minute Rushes”).

The workshops "Discipline Without Humiliation" by Pylyp Shubert, "Speak so They Listen" by Stepan Kumchak, "Understanding Each Child" by Nelia Perepylytsia, and "Worship Without Boredom" by Oleksandr Pecherskyi covered issues related to discipline, communication, and working with children.

Beyond the classroom, participants took part in activities designed to strengthen teamwork and build connections among leaders from different regions.

Attendees participated in "History of Faith," a walk through the streets of Kamianets-Podilskyi. Working in teams, attendees completed tasks and solved puzzles as they got acquainted with the city's historical sites.

After several day of intensive training, attendees went to Bakota to kayak the Dniester Reservoir for rest and informal discussion.

Participants said the combination of practical workshops, shared activities, and recreation helped them discover new approaches to ministry, exchange ideas, and build relationships with fellow Pathfinder leaders.
