From September 23 to 27, the "One Voice" field school for leaders of the Adventist Church's pathfinder ministry in Ukraine was held in Kamianets-Podilskyi, which brought together 52 participants from different regions.
Over the course of four days, Pathfinder leaders learned and shared experiences. The event focused on children’s ministry—its value, responsibility, and special importance in preparation for the global Adventist initiative OneVoice27 .

The training program covered various aspects of a leader's work.
Ivan Romanyuk held a seminar on “Creativity without unnecessary expenses”, Valeriy Glushchenko on the topic “Mission in events”, and Yevhen Alyokhin spoke about “A team that does not burn out”. Valentina Goloskevych presented the topic “A club in which you want to stay”, Yuriy Zhebet shared practical planning principles in the seminar “A year without rush hour”.

The scout leaders also paid attention to issues of discipline, communication, and working with children:
– “Discipline without Humiliation” – Philipp Schubert;
– “Speak so that you are heard” – Stepan Kumchak;
– “Approach to the child” – Nelya Perepelytsia;
– “Divine Service Without Boredom” – Oleksandr Pechersky.

The training was complemented by joint activities - the participants went through the city quest "History of Faith" through the streets of Kamianets-Podilskyi. By completing tasks and solving puzzles, they got acquainted with the city's historical sites and at the same time worked in teams.
Another shared experience was a trip to Bakota, where they kayaked on the Dniester Reservoir. After busy days of training, it was an opportunity for informal communication.

According to the participants, the combination of training, practical classes, and joint recreation helped not only to gain new ideas for ministry, but also to meet leaders from other regions and exchange experiences.
Representatives of the Kyiv, Dnipro, Podolsk, Central, and East-Dnipro conferences participated in the field school.
