Australia's "Most Trusted Cereal" Produced by Adventist Company

A breakfast cereal manufactured by a Seventh-day Adventist-owned and operated company has been ranked Australia's most trusted brand of breakfast cereal for the second consecutive year.

A breakfast cereal manufactured by a Seventh-day Adventist-owned and operated company has been ranked Australia’s most trusted brand of breakfast cereal for the second consecutive year. Best-selling Weet-Bix, produced by Sanitarium Health Food Company for more than 70 years, received the top ranking in a soon-to-be-released report by Reader’s Digest Australia.

“Trust is a highly valued brand attribute, especially for Sanitarium and Weet-Bix,” says Sanitarium chief executive officer Kevin Jackson. “This is a pleasing result—one of which we can all be proud.”

The report, entitled “Who do you trust?,” surveyed 1,200 Australians on the institutions, professions, and brand names they trust. Thirty-five product categories, such as breakfast cereal, were included, with respondents nominating the brand they trust. Reader’s Digest Australia will release their complete report in August.
