Ted Wilson Visits Adventist Institutions in Argentina to Reinforce Church Mission

The Seventh-day Adventist Church leader emphasizes the importance of health, education, and outreach during his inspiring tour of key organizations in South America.

The president of the Seventh-day Adventist Church General Conference headquarters, Ted Wilson, accompanied by a delegation from the South American Division and the Argentine Union, visited various Adventist institutions in the country, highlighting the Church's impact and mission in this territory.

During his stay, he visited the South American Publishing House Association (ACES), Granix Foods, the River Plate Sanatarium and Hospital (SAP), the River Plate Adventist University (UAP), the Ceapé food factory, the Geoscience Center, and the UAP historical site. In each of them, he transmitted a message of inspiration and reaffirmed the commitment of these entities to the Adventist mission.

On February 13, 2025, ACES Publishing welcomed Wilson, who shared a message of encouragement and motivation to continue with the Publishing Ministry and the dissemination of the Word of God. In addition, the dedication of the missionary book of the year, The Key to Change, was held. He emphasized the importance of continuing to bring hope through literature and encouraged collaborators to feel part of a global mission.

Granix 

During his visit to Alimentos Granix, WIlson toured the facilities and praised the institution's commitment to promoting a healthy lifestyle and quality production for the country and the world. He highlighted how food is a fundamental pillar in the Adventist message and praised the work done to offer products that reflect the principles of health and well-being promoted by the Church.

River Plate Adventist Sanitarium and Hospital 

The SAP also welcomed Wilson. During his tour of the facilities, he learned about the work of health professionals, spoke and prayed with many of them, and reaffirmed the importance of medicine based on Christian principles. His visit strengthened the sanatorium's commitment to the mission of healing and serving the community with a comprehensive approach.

River Plate Adventist University 

Wilson participated in a special worship service at the UAP. He motivated students and teachers to live the mission and keep faith at the center of their lives and professional futures. The educational community enthusiastically received his message, which served as a reminder of the fundamental role that Adventist education plays in the formation of leaders committed to serving God and society. 

He also participated in the inauguration of the first phase of the new student residences and the new outdoor space of the Institute for the Development of Colporting Students (IDEC).

During his visit to the Ceapé food factory, the president of the Adventist Church recognized the institution's effort and dedication to producing healthy foods aligned with the Church's principles. His visit highlighted the relevance of the health message as part of the divine plan for humanity. He had the opportunity to see first-hand how the plant works and taste some of the products produced there. 

During his visit, Wilson also toured the Geoscience Center, where he learned about scientific research and evidence aligned with the biblical worldview of creation. He also visited the UAP historical site, an emblematic place that reflects the trajectory and legacy of the Adventist Church in South America. 

Wilson's visit to these institutions reaffirmed the importance of the work that each carries out in its respective areas. His message of hope and commitment to the Adventist mission motivated all those who had the opportunity to listen to him and share with him this journey through Argentina.
