Loma Linda University Children's Hospital has been recognized as one of the best Children’s Hospitals in the nation for 2023-2024 by U.S. News & World Report. This esteemed ranking acknowledges the hospital's exceptional performance in three specialties: cardiology and heart surgery, nephrology, and urology.

The annual rankings, compiled by U.S. News in collaboration with RTI International, a North Carolina-based research and consulting firm, provide valuable guidance for parents and physicians seeking the best care for children with rare or life-threatening conditions.

"We are immensely proud of the ongoing dedication and innovation demonstrated by our hospital in the fields of pediatric cardiology and heart surgery, nephrology, and urology," said Peter Baker, senior vice president and administrator of Children's Hospital. "This recognition is a testament to the exceptional healthcare teams who consistently go above and beyond to provide top-quality care for children in and around our surrounding communities. We celebrate their unwavering commitment to improving the health and well-being of every child entrusted to our care."

The evaluation process involved the comprehensive analysis of data collected from 119 children's hospitals nationwide, along with extensive surveys completed by thousands of pediatric specialists. Loma Linda University Children’s Hospital has demonstrated outstanding performance in key areas such as clinical outcomes, the availability of advanced resources directly related to patient care, and the trusted opinions of pediatric specialists.

More information on cardiology and heart surgery, nephrology, and urology services at Children’s Hospital is available online.
