Kettering College in Kettering, Ohio, United States, is celebrating a significant milestone in healthcare education as graduates from two of its programs achieved 100 per cent first-time pass rates on their respective national certification examinations.

All 58 graduates in the college’s Physician Assistant (PA) Class of 2026 passed the Physician Assistant National Certifying Examination (PANCE) on their first attempt. The college’s Radiologic Technology Class of 2026, made up of 27 graduates, also achieved a 100 per cent first-time pass rate on the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification examination.

In total, 85 graduates passed their certification examinations on the first attempt.

“These accomplishments reflect what we strive to provide every student at Kettering College: a supportive learning environment, rigorous academic preparation, and the opportunity to develop the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in healthcare,” said Dr. Lamata Mitchell, president of Kettering College.

College representatives said the results underscore the college's commitment to supporting students throughout their education. Through dedicated faculty, collaborative campus support, and demanding curricula, the college helps students move from the classroom to clinical practice and into the healthcare workforce, according to the college.

“This achievement is a testament to our supportive campus culture and our PA students’ dedication and hard work. We are so proud of them for achieving this 100 per cent first-time PANCE pass rate,” said Jill-Renae Gulczinski, PA-C, interim program director and associate professor for the PA program.
