Finalists from each of the Inter-American Division’s (IAD) 25 unions will travel to Trinidad and Tobago to compete in this year’s Bible Connection finale on November 15, 2025. The finalists will test their knowledge of the Book of Luke during a live-streamed event beginning at 3:00 p.m. Miami Time.
“Trinidad is ready to welcome participants with open arms,” said Daniel Torreblanca, Youth Ministries director of the IAD. As excitement builds for the event, Torreblanca emphasized that the gathering is more than a contest of biblical knowledge.
“Bible Connection is a calling and an encounter with God,” Torreblanca said. “No one who draws near to the Bible can remain the same, because the Bible is the Word of God.”
This year’s finale will also highlight the personal stories behind the participants, young people whose lives have been transformed through the study of the Bible.
“Behind every young person, there’s a story of faith,” added Torreblanca. “When we tell their stories—how they came to know Jesus through Bible Connection—we see how God has used this experience to change lives.”
During the competition, participants will answer 100 multiple-choice questions on the Book of Luke and select chapters from The Desire of Ages (chapters 12, 25, and 86) before a live audience at Southern Caribbean University in Port of Spain.
Seven finalists are returning this year, representing the Atlantic Caribbean, Belize, Caribbean, North Colombia, North Mexican, Panama, and Puerto Rican Unions. They will join 18 other contestants in competing for top prizes, including full or partial scholarships to several Adventist universities, as well as additional awards.
