On July 7, 2025, during the 62nd General Conference (GC) Session in St. Louis, Missouri, delegates elected the Secretariat team that will serve the world church for the 2025–2030 quinquennium. The vote passed 1,854 to 26.

The team includes:

  • Elbert Kuhn, Associate Secretary, AVS of the General Conference

  • Karen J Porter, Associate Secretary, IPRS of the General Conference

The election is part of the broader decision-making process of the General Conference Session, held every five years to unite global delegates in worship, prayer, business meetings, and leadership selection.
