In order to be inspired, learn new technologies, and use their skills to fulfill the mission, Adventist communicators from across the country came to the Adventist College of Ecuador, located in Santo Domingo de los Tsachilas, for the Global Adventist Internet Network (GAiN) Conference on April 14–16, 2023. The event was held as part of the church's comprehensive strategy to seek and provide opportunities for young people to become digital evangelists.

"A motivated communication leader will help the third angel's message of the everlasting Gospel reach in many ways and forms. An event like this will teach you how to use new modalities to preach the Gospel creatively, to reach the hearts of the people," says Pastor Max Schuabb, president of the Seventh-day Adventist Church in Ecuador.

Encouraging creativity and innovation was the motivation of Pastor Jorge Rampogna, Communication director for the Adventist Church in South America. "It is very important that every communicator, especially an Adventist communicator, can participate in events like this, a GAiN, because at this time, we meet with other communicators to exchange opinions and to see how things are done in other places. But I think the most relevant thing is that in these events, we receive inspiration to do our work in the best possible way to reach more people for the kingdom of heaven," says Rampogna.

In this event, tools were presented to optimize the ways to share the message of salvation with others through workshops given by communications professionals from the church offices in the country and Nuevo Tiempo Ecuador. "Sometimes we think we know all the tools, but these trainings taught me things we don't take into account that improve the communication process," said Maria Jose Montezama, GAiN participant.

Between the seminars and the messages, Pastor Tomas Parra, director of Radio Nuevo Tiempo for South America, was motivated to never stop in the mission. "In a world where there is despair, we speak of hope. In a violent world, we speak of the love of Jesus, that Jesus who wants to save lives," said Parra. Strengthening the communication teams of each local church was one of the objectives of this meeting, as well as remembering that the mission of the church is to inform, share, and grow together. The meeting closed with a special call to fulfill the mission and challenge the participants to share hope with the current tools.
