On September 5, congregations of the East Russian Union Mission joined Seventh-day Adventists worldwide in a special day of prayer and dedication, marking the beginning of the global evangelistic initiative OneVoice27.

Church members around the world prayed for the presence of the Holy Spirit, for God's help in ministry and in their communities, and for those they want to share the gospel with.

The OneVoice27 initiative is designed to help every church member find personal ways to share their faith with others. This may mean engaging in personal conversations, helping someone through a difficult situation, using digital media to spread the gospel, praying for specific people, and more.

In congregations across Siberia, from the Tyumen and Omsk regions to the Transbaikal Territory, from the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug and the Far North to Russia's borders with Kazakhstan, Mongolia, and China, church members held identical booklets with the inscription "OneVoice27: Mission for All," to show their dedication to speaking in one voice while acknowledging that each church member is an individual who can reach different people in different ways.

Each church member was asked to find ways to participate in the initiative. A special questionnaire was provided to help members consider how they could participate. The questionnaire encouraged members to ask themselves, "What do I have and what can I share with others?"
