Leaders from both institutions participated in the virtual signing. Christopher Wallace Anderson, president of TLM; Inaciu Da Kosta, TLM executive secretary; and Vic Jun Francisco, TLM treasurer, expressed their enthusiasm for the partnership, highlighting the shared vision and mission of nurturing students' academic and spiritual growth.

Chona A. Ramos, MVC vice president for academic affairs; Winston C. Mojica, MVC vice president for student affairs and services; and Charity Joy L. Sumagaysay, MVC coordinator for the Office of International Cooperation and Networking, were among the important administration figures who joined Remwil R. Tornalejo's delegation. Their presence demonstrated MVC's dedication to international collaboration and educational advancement.

The MOA between MVC and TLM establishes a robust framework for educational cooperation, integrating academic rigor and spiritual values through the Adventist education system. This partnership aims to enhance the educational experience of students from Timor-Leste, providing opportunities for them to thrive in a nurturing and supportive environment. Both institutions are optimistic that this collaboration will pave the way for future initiatives, encouraging a dynamic exchange of knowledge and cultural enrichment, ultimately benefiting the broader educational community.
