The Adventist Church in the Southern Asia-Pacific region (SSD) has officially launched Harvest 2025, a division-wide evangelistic initiative in support of the Adventist World Church's Global Total Member Involvement (TMI) movement.

This campaign calls on every church member across the eleven countries in the SSD territory to share the message of hope and salvation in one of the most challenging mission fields in the world.

A pivotal component of the initiative is a three-part trainer's training program, which will be held from January 20 to 29, 2025. Designed to equip regional leaders, this training will take place in three strategic locations: the Philippines, the Indo-China region, and Indonesia. Pastor Arnel Gabin, vice president for NDR-IEL of SSD, expressed his enthusiasm about the campaign, saying, “Harvest 2025 is a testament to the power of unity and collaboration in advancing God’s work. By joining hands across our division, we can reach countless individuals with the message of salvation, even in the most challenging areas.”

Preparation for the campaign began in early January 2025, as church leaders and pastors mobilized to ensure the success of simultaneous meetings and evangelistic series. Recognizing the vast diversity of cultures and faith traditions within the region, SSD has designed a comprehensive plan that spans the entire year, engaging every level of the church—from grassroots members to division leaders.

A Call to Action

As Harvest 2025 unfolds, SSD President Roger Caderma offered an encouraging message to all members: “This is the time for us to come together as one church, united in purpose and mission. Let us be faithful stewards of the gospel, sharing God’s love with urgency and compassion. Together, we can make a lasting impact for eternity, bringing countless souls to the foot of the cross. I invite every member to join us in this sacred work as we experience the joy of the harvest and the blessings of service."

The SSD remains committed to supporting the Adventist World Church’s global mission through coordinated evangelistic efforts. With God’s guidance and the dedication of His people, Harvest 2025 promises to be a year of spiritual transformation and hope for the SSD territory.
