Every winter, Caleb youth in Paraguay prepare for challenging activities, where social service and evangelism take a leading role in the place.

What is the Caleb Mission?

Caleb Mission is an international project that challenges young people to share the love of Christ through social and missionary actions. Each Caleb group chooses an impact zone and a specific service time to serve the community, analyzing the specific need of each place.

What are the objectives of the project?

At this time, Mission Caleb has 40 impact points nationwide. In addition, nearly 1,000 calebs will work in their respective districts and more than 500 calebs will also participate.

Our desire is to end this campaign with 200 new disciples for the kingdom of heaven, start at least 5,000 Bible studies, and reach every heart with the message of hope”, said Pastor Heberson Licarthe, Youth Leader of Paraguay, .

Mission Caleb in Caacupé

Caacupé is called " the spiritual capital of the country" of Paraguay. It is a very challenging place to witness in, but still, young people are willing to make their mark for Christ.

According to District Pastor, Lionel (Tito) Celano, “We have 25 brave young people here who [gather together] in the mornings [to] carry out activities for teenagers with the hope of inaugurating a Pathfinder Club in this area. In the afternoons, we do activities to repair and maintain recreational parks, and at night we offer meetings for all audiences with the support of the Directorate of Culture of the municipality of Caacupé. We held talks entitled, “How to face the crisis?”. In addition, we visited the Regional Hospital of Caacupé to distribute missionary books and share words of hope."

Citizen Treeing

Caring for the planet is a duty for everyone, not just a few. This Wednesday, July 21st, the Calebs, the Pathfinder Club, and ADRA Paraguay carried out the planting of 150 trees. In addition, the Capiatá city hall participated in an activity supporting the initiative of caring for the planet.

Young people are ready to do crazy things for Christ and to bring others into the kingdom!
