On September 5, churches across the Northern Asia-Pacific Division (NSD) joined in Global Launch Day, marking the beginning of the OneVoice27 initiative. Across the division, church members embraced the “Mission for All” vision through worship, prayer, digital ministry, personal commitments, mission activities, and baptisms.

The global movement encourages every member to participate in mission by using their personal social media to share how Jesus makes "All things new" based on Revelation 21:5 using the hashtag #allthingsnew.

In a video message, Erton Köhler, president of the General Conference, said, “Churches in your region are beginning a journey that connects them with the worldwide Adventist Church through OneVoice27.” He added, “This is a global movement, but it becomes a reality only when local churches find their own ways to participate.”

Köhler encouraged members to move toward 2027 firmly grounded in God’s Word and focused on mission.

Across the division, churches translated that shared vision into different actions. In Korea, churches nationwide joined the main program online, hosted at Byeollae Church, while 27 representatives from different generations and church organizations took part in a commitment ceremony. In Taiwan, the church set specific goals for the coming year, including training digital missionaries, mobilizing members for 100 Days of Prayer, and conducting evangelistic meetings.

Other NSD regions emphasized reaching one person at a time. In Mongolia, participants wrote down the name of someone they would pray for and serve, while each local church appointed a OneVoice27 representative to encourage member involvement. In Nepal, participants also committed to pray for at least one person through OneVoice27 Commitment Cards. More than 1,000 members gathered in Banepa and Udayapur, including more than 100 children who participated in OneVoice27 for Kids.

Large gatherings gave members opportunities to experience mission in practical ways. In Sri Lanka, about 1,500 members gathered for worship and participated in mission booth activities. In Bangladesh, churches across the country launched OneVoice27 together, with a baptismal service at Dhaka Seventh-day Adventist Church.

In Pakistan, about 1,300 members gathered at Karachi Adventist Hospital, where they explored various ministries through OneVoice27 booths. Fifty-six people were baptized, and the Pakistan Union Section is now looking ahead to the September 2027 Karachi Mega Evangelism under the goal “2,000 Souls for Jesus.”

Representatives said that though the methods of the OneVoice27 launch differed from place to place, the direction remained the same: bringing the gospel into everyday life through prayer, relationships, digital media, and local church ministry.
