Local Seventh-day Adventist churches across Mongolia have carried out a range of mission initiatives in recent weeks, including community service, family ministry programming, and evangelistic worship services, organizers said.

Serving the elderly through the “Spread Love” Campaign

On February 7, 2026, the Pathfinder Club of Khylchyn Church held an outreach activity titled “Let Us Support Our Elderly!” as part of the nationwide “Spread Love” campaign. Organizers said the project was inspired by Leviticus 19:32.

Working with local leaders, church members selected two households and delivered food items, including flour, rice, and cooking oil. Volunteers also cleared snow from yards, removed old wooden materials, cleaned homes, and carried 150 liters of water from a nearby well for a household facing health challenges.

Couples program focuses on strong families

In mid-February, Revelation Church hosted a couples’ program titled “Love Is Not a Gift – It Is Quality Time Spent Together.” Eight couples participated, according to organizers.

Family counselor J. Purevdulam led a seminar on the “Five Love Languages,” helping participants identify their own communication preferences and discuss practical ways to strengthen relationships. The program also included activities such as painting, music, a shared meal, and group games. Organizers said several couples reported gaining new insights into their relationships.

Launching Gospel-Centered Worship

Meanwhile, the Bayankhair Church launched a new evangelistic initiative, designating the last Sabbath (Saturday) of each month as “Gospel Sabbath.” The first service was held on January 31, 2026, with a refreshed format designed to be welcoming and easy for newcomers to understand.

Following the service, two individuals were baptized—one a student from the Angelos Student Missionary Training Center and the other a newer attendee—organizers reported.

Church leaders said the activities reflect ongoing efforts by local congregations across Mongolia to meet community needs while supporting family life and expanding gospel outreach.
