The Pakistan Union Section (PKU) of the Seventh-day Adventist Church recently organized a two-day leadership and church development seminar in the Gojra region, drawing approximately 250 participants.

Members and leaders from Gojra Chak 424 Church, Saran Church, the Gojra Bible Center, and several other Sabbath Schools attended the seminar. Adventist pastors, elders, and church members gathered to deepen their understanding of church leadership and organization while renewing their commitment to the church’s mission.

Seminar speakers worked together to provide practical training and biblical guidance to strengthen local church leadership and organizational structure.

During the seminar, the speakers addressed several key topics related to healthy church growth. They explained the role of church leadership and the church board, introduced the principles of Natural Church Development and church growth, and clarified the responsibilities of church boards and church departments. They also trained participants in church election procedures, administrative guidelines, and report writing.

The speakers emphasized that strong spiritual leadership, clear organizational structure, biblical principles, and faithful adherence to denominational policies form the foundation of a healthy and growing church.

Participants responded with great enthusiasm. Many expressed their desire to apply the principles they learned in their local churches. Several attendees shared that the seminar renewed their sense of identity and pride as members of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. Participants also expressed sincere appreciation to the speakers and church leadership for organizing the training.

Church leaders and members further expressed their willingness to cooperate actively with the Section and PKU departments to strengthen church ministries and advance the mission in the region.

This seminar marked an important step toward building spiritually healthy, administratively strong, and mission-driven churches in the Gojra region. The unity, enthusiasm, and commitment participants demonstrated during the two-day gathering reflected a promising future for continued church growth and expanded mission impact.
