High-performance sports require disciplined training and consistent habits, and nutrition remains a key part of athlete development. In Argentina, Granix has expanded its presence in sports settings by supporting institutions with food products aligned with a health-focused approach.

In professional football, Granix products are being used in the nutrition programs of youth divisions at clubs including River Plate, Boca Juniors, Independiente, Racing Club, Estudiantes de La Plata, Rosario Central, Newell’s Old Boys, Godoy Cruz, Deportivo Morón, and Ferro Carril Oeste, according to organizers. The effort is intended to support the healthy development of young athletes through structured nutrition planning.

In volleyball, Granix support extends to institutions participating in Argentina’s National League, including Ciudad Vóley, Boca Juniors, and Estudiantes, as well as to the women’s and men’s national teams through the Argentine Volleyball Federation (FeVA). Organizers said the support includes both senior squads and youth development categories.

Granix reported that products are selected by each institution’s nutrition staff, prioritizing foods described as low in sugar, high in fiber, and free of added sugars and other ingredients considered harmful. Items include oats and granola varieties, whole grains, legumes, and cookies made with high-oleic sunflower oil.

Church leaders also pointed to the Seventh-day Adventist Church’s emphasis on health practices often referred to as the “eight natural remedies”—healthy eating, exercise, water, sunlight, temperance, fresh air, rest, and trust in God—framing nutrition as part of a broader approach to well-being.

Presence in major sports events

Granix also participates in major public sporting events in Argentina, including Ironman triathlons, the Buenos Aires Half Marathon, and the Buenos Aires Marathon. Organizers said Granix products are included in runner kits, providing athletes with additional nutrition options during training and competition.

Granix representatives said the partnerships are intended to promote healthier choices in settings where youth development, daily routines, and personal example play a significant role.
