If you thought the General Conference Session was just about church business and long reports, think again. This year’s GC Session in St. Louis flipped the script, with each world division turning their exhibit booths into immersive experiences bursting with culture, creativity, and cutting-edge mission innovation.

Picture this: a walk-through tour of global Adventism, where every stop unveils something unexpected—from AI-driven evangelism tools and virtual Bible studies to indigenous music, handcrafted mission stories, and digital discipleship hubs.

We’ll take you on a journey through 13 division booths and those of four attached organizations that prove mission today is more than programs—it’s passion, purpose, and people. Each booth tells a story, not just with numbers or charts, but with rhythm, food, technology, and testimonies. Whether you’re a delegate or a guest, these booths make one thing clear: the global Adventist Church is alive, adaptive, and dreaming big for Jesus.

East-Central Africa Division (ECD)

Step into the ECD booth, and it’s like entering a living passport stamped with the stories of 11 nations—each brimming with rhythm, color, and mission. From Burundi to Ethiopia, from the hills of Rwanda to the heart of Congo, this booth is more than a display—it’s a celebration of the gospel across a kaleidoscope of cultures.

Instead of cramming everything into one display, ECD said, “Why not give each country its day to shine?” And that’s exactly what they’re doing. Every day of the GC Session, a different country takes center stage—showcasing traditional attire, cultural artifacts, and the vibrant ways Jesus is shared in each unique context. It’s a masterclass in missional storytelling.

The design of the booth is a visual feast: rich fabric patterns wrap the tables; indigenous art tells tales of faith; and welcoming smiles from representatives instantly transport you to the grassroots of ministry in Africa. Whether you’re marveling at handcrafted goods or going through traditional cloths representing diverse cultures, you’re reminded that mission isn’t one-size-fits-all. It’s as diverse and dynamic as the people carrying it out.

This booth isn’t just about aesthetics. It’s about movement. ECD is actively involved in mission work and promoting community development. Behind every drumbeat and woven tapestry is a testimony of transformed lives.

Euro-Asia Division (ESD)

At first glance, the Euro-Asia Division booth draws you in with its serene colors, soft lighting, and understated design. But take a closer look, and you’ll discover a powerful story of unity, faith, and mission woven across some of the world’s most spiritually complex territories.

Stretching from Eastern Europe to the heart of Central Asia, this booth represents a region marked by cultural richness and religious sensitivity. Many of its countries are predominantly Muslim, where open evangelism comes with challenges. But here’s where the story shines: instead of retreating, the Adventist Church in Euro-Asia leans into connection, compassion, and community building—quietly but boldly living out Christ’s love.

The “United in Christ” theme isn’t just a slogan—it’s survival. It’s the strength of believers holding together in faith across borders, languages, and belief systems. Every part of the booth reflects that: from the traditional dress and cultural designs to the peaceful imagery of worship and service in motion.

Inter-American Division (IAD)

If energy had a booth, this would be it. The Inter-American Division came to the GC Session with one clear message: “Living in Motion”—and they meant it. From the moment you step in, you’re swept into a whirlwind of color, rhythm, and purpose. It’s bold. It’s bright. It’s buzzing with joy. And it’s all rooted in something deeper than aesthetics—it’s mission with movement.

The booth itself is a vibrant masterpiece—splashed with tropical hues, dynamic visuals, and a layout that flows like a story in motion. Towering LED screens loop powerful mission clips. A curved wall lined with infographics pulls visitors into the IAD narrative, while the central space bursts with energy, drawing crowds with interactive displays and photo ops that feel like a celebration of faith in action.

Covering 42 countries since 1922, IAD has mastered the art of unity in diversity. The booth doesn’t just display programs—it tells a story: from nurturing disciples and youth-led Bible initiatives to reaching hearts through community outreach. Each panel reflects one of four powerful pillars—Identity, Growth, Outreach, and Future—guiding you through the division’s mission strategy.

Inter-European Division (EUD)

Step into the Inter-European Division booth and you’ll immediately sense something deeper than structure—it’s intentional unity in full display. With 11 unions and more languages than countries, EUD represents one of the most culturally diverse territories in the Adventist world. And yet, every detail here points to one shared heartbeat: mission.

Designed with symmetry and clarity, the booth features coordinated panels representing each union, university, and institution under the division. Despite linguistic and cultural variety, the layout delivers a cohesive experience—a visual metaphor for working together with a common purpose.

This year, EUD proudly celebrates 150 years of Adventist mission in Europe, tracing its roots back to 1874, when the first official Adventist missionary arrived. Through its thoughtful exhibit, visitors can explore the milestones of each union and institution while reflecting on the region’s contribution to global Adventism.

As Paulo Macedo, EUD Communication director, shared, “If we can make a project like this one from so many different institutions, unions, and languages—maybe mission is the best way to unite people.”

North American Division (NAD)

Spanning one of the largest and most interactive spaces at the GC Session, the NAD booth is an experience you wouldn’t want to miss. Designed for movement, conversation, and exploration, this open-concept space invites visitors to not just observe but to engage.

Built around the bold themes of digital evangelism, the booth captures the heartbeat of a modern mission: inclusive, innovative, and everywhere. Oversized visuals, comfy lounge-style corners, and immersive digital stations offer an environment that feels like a living lab for discipleship in the 21st century.

At the center is digital discipleship, a groundbreaking initiative calling on 10,000 members to be missionaries online—wherever they are. From smartphones to streaming, NAD is equipping ordinary people to make an extraordinary impact. The message is loud and clear: the church is not confined to walls; it’s a movement of people walking with Jesus and with one another.

The NSD booth delivers a focused and purposeful message: “Mission First: I Will Go.” Representing a region marked by cultural and religious diversity, the booth highlights the division’s presence in territories where major world religions—Islam, Buddhism, Hinduism—are deeply rooted. From Bangladesh and Pakistan to Japan, South Korea, Mongolia, Nepal, Taiwan, and Sri Lanka, the mission field is vast, multilingual, and often secular.

Despite the complexity, the booth’s design remains intentionally simple—structured, symbolic, and quietly bold. At its core is the unwavering commitment to uplift Jesus across every context. The NSD’s message is clear: even in the most challenging environments, Christ remains the center of the mission.

the South Pacific Division took digital innovation to a new level. The SPD booth showcased how technology can be a driving force in fulfilling the church’s mission.

At the center are three key initiatives—Hope Virtual Assistant, Thrive networking, and the Ministerial Development portal—each designed to equip pastors and members for intentional discipleship, community outreach, and leadership development. While unique in their functions, these tools work together seamlessly to build stronger, mission-focused churches.

Surrounding these innovations is a wider ecosystem of institutions that reflect SPD’s integrated approach to mission: Avondale University, sanitariums, Wayfare Foods, and various education, health, and media ministries that bring faith into every aspect of life.

“The technology is only effective if it empowers people to engage more meaningfully in ministry,” said Russ Willcocks, Senior Ministry Systems Specialist. “Our goal is to simplify systems so churches can focus on what really matters—uplifting Jesus and making disciples.”

Southern Africa-Indian Ocean Division (SID)

The SID booth stands out with its bold visual identity—featuring large, professionally printed banners framed within a modern, open-concept structure. The clean lines and bright lighting create a spacious feel, allowing each featured element to be clearly seen and appreciated.

Dominating the display is a prominent SID logo, centrally positioned against a dark backdrop that contrasts sharply with vibrant images of real people and community impact. The visuals highlight themes of health, education, youth involvement, and evangelism, reflecting SID’s commitment to wholistic ministry across its territory.

Supporting pillars around the booth showcase the division’s core ministries and institutional work, complemented by QR codes and digital materials designed for easy engagement. The layout is straightforward and purposeful—inviting visitors to explore, learn, and connect with the mission taking place across SID’s vast region.

SID oversees the Adventist Church’s work in southern Africa and surrounding island nations, including Angola, Botswana, Madagascar, Mozambique, South Africa, Zambia, and Zimbabwe, and territories like St. Helena and the Kerguelen Islands. The diversity of cultures and languages is reflected in the booth’s inclusive imagery and messaging.

Southern Asia Division (SUD)

The Southern Asia Division (SUD) booth presents a modest and functional setup, focusing on substance. It features a simple backdrop with minimal structure, allowing the division’s message to stand on the strength of its mission.

The booth prominently showcases a large roll-up banner placed as a backdrop, representing the unions and institutions under the SUD. This banner highlights key areas of mission—such as health, education, literature ministry, and outreach efforts—spread across the diverse regions of India and its neighboring territories. Logos and photographs from schools, hospitals, and local churches are featured, offering visitors a glimpse into the division’s grassroots impact.

The booth also effectively centers the visitor’s attention on the core ministries and mission partnerships across Southern Asia. The setup reflects a humble yet consistent commitment to sharing the gospel in a region marked by cultural complexity and religious plurality.

Southern Asia-Pacific Division (SSD)

The SSD booth captures the spirit of Harvest 2025 with a clear message—mission is not just a program, it’s a movement. Inspired by the rhythm of farming, SSD’s approach begins with prayerful preparation, builds through cultivating relationships, and reaches its peak in transformed lives. Discipleship ensures the harvest doesn’t just grow—it lasts.

At the heart of the booth stands a life-size carabao, symbolizing perseverance, humility, and the hardworking spirit of mission in Southeast Asia. Surrounding it are vibrant visuals that represent the division’s work across 11 countries.

Looking ahead, SSD introduces REAPS—a five-year plan from 2026 to 2030: Reach the unreached; Expand church efforts; Advance with courage; Proclaim Jesus boldly; and Seek, Save, and Disciple intentionally.

In SSD, the harvest isn’t coming—it’s already here. And the church is ready to REAP it.

The Trans-European Division (TED) booth presents a calm yet compelling invitation to reimagine mission through relationships, discipleship, and community building. Centered on the theme “Engaged in Mission: Extend Love, Grow Lifelong Disciples, Multiply Communities,” TED highlights a people-first approach to outreach—one that listens deeply, responds compassionately, and leads intentionally.

Visually, the booth is open, clean, and thoughtfully designed. Panels feature a map of the TED territory, and strategic initiatives that reflect the division’s diverse territory across 22 countries. Rather than flashy displays, TED focuses on authenticity—inviting visitors to see how small, consistent actions in local contexts can lead to long-term transformation.

It acknowledges the challenges of secularism and diversity in Europe, yet confidently offers a mission model grounded in love, spiritual growth, and multiplying communities that reflect Christ.

West Central Africa Division (WAD)

The West-Central Africa Division booth delivers a message that is both welcoming and purpose-driven: “More than a place. Come. See. Serve.” The space is simple yet meaningful, designed to reflect the depth and diversity of a territory that spans 22 countries and communicates in five major languages—French, English, Portuguese, Spanish, and Arabic.

Large vertical banners form the main structure of the booth, each highlighting different aspects of the division’s work—from community outreach and education to evangelism and health ministries. While the design is neat and practical, it effectively centers attention on the mission itself. Real people, real stories, and real needs are featured across the visuals, inviting visitors to step into the region’s spiritual journey.

The booth also offers unique and traditional souvenirs, giving visitors a memorable taste of Africa—one that captures the warmth, creativity, and culture of the region, and keeps them coming back for more.

In a country that is home to more than a billion people, the Adventist Church in China invites the global church not just to see—but to pray. Through its booth, the China Union Mission extends a heartfelt invitation for visitors to join its interactive Prayer Map. Each delegate is encouraged to choose a province in China and lift it up in prayer. After praying, their name is printed and placed on the map—visibly marking a global commitment to intercede for the people of China.

The booth stands as a quiet yet powerful reminder: while challenges remain great, God’s work continues to grow—through faith, persistence, and prayer. Visitors leave not just informed, but spiritually engaged, connected to a mission field where prayer is both a lifeline and a seed for future harvest.

Middle East and North Africa Union Mission (MENAUM)

The Middle East and North Africa Union Mission (MENAUM) booth stands as a powerful witness of God’s quiet work in one of the world’s most spiritually sensitive and challenging regions. Framed by the tagline “Step into the Impossible,” the booth presents a bold but humble message: mission here is possible—not because it is easy, but because God is faithful.

Visually, the design is striking in its simplicity and strength. Texts printed boldly across the booth proclaim core values. They are lived realities in a region where public expressions of faith are often limited, and relationships speak louder than words.

MENAUM’s mission strategy is deeply rooted in presence and prayer. Rather than programs, the focus is on people—building friendships, nurturing faith through personal engagement, and letting the love of Christ shine through acts of kindness. The booth’s imagery reflects cultural sensitivity and spiritual intentionality, reminding visitors that the gospel is advancing quietly but powerfully in this part of the world.

The booth also features an immersive Virtual Reality experience, where visitors are challenged to find a single Adventist in a densely populated city. This interactive journey powerfully illustrates the reality MENAUM faces—only one Seventh-day Adventist for every 99,100 people—underscoring the urgent need for prayer, presence, and mission in the region.

Ukrainian Union Conference (UUC)

The Ukrainian Union Conference booth reflects the resilience, faith, and compassion of Adventist families living in a region affected by ongoing conflict. At its heart is a longing to bring hope and healing to the next generation, even in the face of hardship.

One of the booth’s key initiatives is the SOLOMON Lyceum, a project dedicated to helping children grow intellectually and spiritually. Its mission is simple but profound: to teach a child to trust in God, integrating faith with education, and guiding each child’s small steps toward meaningful achievements.

Visitors are invited to partner in this vision—not only through prayer but also through tangible support. The Ukrainian Union is actively seeking assistance to complete the insulation of their bomb shelter, improve the flooring of their sports hall, and upgrade the facade insulation of the school building—improvements that ensure both safety and dignity in a time of uncertainty.

The booth stands as a testimony: even in crisis, the mission continues, and Adventist education remains a light in the lives of children longing for peace.

Israel Field (IF)

The Israel Field booth centers on the power of personal evangelism and care groups, reflecting Christ’s method of reaching people through genuine relationships. According to Oleg Elkine, secretary of the Israel Field, the booth is designed to emphasize the importance of building trust and community in a region where Jewish culture deeply values connection.

“This is the way Jesus worked,” Elkine notes, referencing Christ’s relational approach to ministry—meeting people where they are, listening first, and building bridges of faith through compassion.

In addition to face-to-face outreach, the Israel Field is also embracing digital mission strategies. Sergey Greg, Communications director, highlights a new initiative called “The Ten”—an interactive gaming software based on the Ten Commandments. Visitors can engage in a Virtual Reality experience that brings biblical principles to life through immersive storytelling and real-world scenarios, designed to reach younger generations in creative, culturally relevant ways.

Although the booth is still under development, its message is clear: the Israel Field is committed to being part of the global mission. Whether through traditional relationship-building or cutting-edge digital evangelism, they are determined to proclaim God’s message—even in the most challenging regions.
