On October 1, 2024, the Nadezhda TV channel celebrated its 10th anniversary of broadcasting in Russia. A series of events took place that united the channel's team and its viewers.

The celebrations began on October 5 in the village of Zaoksky in the Tula region. Here, viewers, TV channel employees, volunteers, and ministers recalled the path taken over 10 years and expressed gratitude to God for His support.

In the evening, a concert featuring a quartet of Russian folk instruments took place, which added bright emotions to the anniversary celebrations. These events were available for online viewing, so that everyone could join the celebration.

The Nadezhda TV channel also held a training session for employees, which was organized with the support of the Western Russian Union of Seventh-day Adventists.

From October 7 to 9, the TV channel team gathered in the Moscow region to analyze the achievements over 10 years, identify strengths and weaknesses, and develop a strategy for further development. Welcoming those gathered, the head of the media ministry department of the Euro-Asia Division of the Seventh-day Adventist Church Pavel Liberansky emphasized the importance of persistence in evangelism and the mission of the TV channel: "To share God's good news to improve people's lives today and in eternity."

The TV channel's CEO Dmitry Zaitsev noted that Nadezhda is part of the international Hope Channel network, which consists of more than 80 channels. He called for a review of the strategy and a search for new tools to achieve the set goals.

"When analyzing 10 years of broadcasting, we must understand where we are now and where we are heading, and therefore we need a new setting and vision, and what tools are available for this," the head of the TV channel emphasized.

Over the three days, the team discussed ideas for expanding content, developing the brand, and improving interaction with the audience. Attention was also paid to strengthening the relationships between the members of the TV channel team, many of whom had never met face to face.

The working meeting allowed the team to outline a roadmap for the future, define the target audience, and identify new opportunities for growth.
