On February 4, 2025, Adventist leaders hosted a dedication ceremony for the newly established Hope Moldova studio, part of the Hope Channel International television network, at the Union of Churches of Moldova (UCM) in Chisinau, Moldova. The gathering brought together UCM administrators, the media ministry team, and employees united in their shared goal of serving God through modern media channels.

During the ceremony, director of the Media Ministry Tanase Anatolie Vasilievich recounted the origins of television and described how the Church adopted this medium for spreading the Gospel. He also outlined the establishment of the Hope International TV channel and the subsequent creation of the Hope Moldova studio at the UCM. Emphasizing the importance of developing media initiatives, he referred to the new studio as a response to evolving demands in Christian evangelism.

UMC President Ilya Stepanovich Lyahu addressed attendees with a spiritual reflection, underscoring the role of media ministry as a powerful conduit for sharing the Gospel. He expressed optimism that the newly dedicated studio will serve as a vital component of the Church’s broader mission.

The highlight of the event was the reading of a dedication litany by Lyahu, followed by a prayer of dedication offered by UMC Secretary Ruslan Bulgak. The ceremony fostered an atmosphere of unity and gratitude.

Organizers and participants expressed hope that the studio will inspire and bless many individuals, furthering the Church’s work through television, radio, and online platforms.
