Adventists Celebrate Baptisms in Kazakhstan

On April 1–8, 2023, the Gospel program "THE MESSAGE that everyone should hear" was held in Almaty, Kazakhstan.

The program was conducted by Evgeny Vladimirovich Zaitsev. The whole cycle of topics was built on the Bible book of Revelation. The meeting resulted in the baptism of 11 people.

Members of the two communities in Almaty held a number of preparatory programs, meetings, and services, to which new people were invited, and studied Bible lessons with these people.

Of great importance was the service of the prayer marathon, when, for 40 days in the morning and evening, the people of God turned to the Lord in prayers for new people.

In the context of the "School of the Scriptures," new people studied Bible lessons to make a covenant with the Lord on the last Sabbath of the program.

All those who came to the meeting in the evening after work were treated to a delicious buffet; each meeting was accompanied by musical performances.

At the end of each meeting, Zaitsev urged attendees to accept the news of the imminent coming of Christ and dedicate their lives to the Savior.

A special joy is that the parents of the students of the Christian school in Almaty came to the program with their children. The father of one of the students made a covenant with the Lord and continues to study the Bible with his wife.
