The Universidad Peruana Unión (UPeU) began their 10 Days of Prayer project under the title “Faithful Families” on Wednesday, Feb. 17.

The UPeU developed the program jointly with its three campuses: Lima, Juliaca, and Tarapoto, and the event took place first thing in the morning, live on Zoom.

Administrative and academic staff and collaborators of the school campuses came together to participate in the programs, which have an emphasis on prayer for the various situations and challenges brought on by the pandemic.

As part of this special day, prayer groups were developed and video calls were made to the students to pray with them. There were also special guests speaking on scheduled topics.

This spiritual event was hoped to inspire the habit of seeking God as a UPeU family in the early hours of the morning on a regular basis. In addition, hope is shared with each student for the care of their spiritual, physical, and emotional lives.
