In a joint effort, the Good Hope Adventist Clinic and the AdventHealth global network of hospitals developed a large free medical campaign for low-income children in the San Gabriel Alto sector of the Villa Maria del Triunfo district in Lima, Peru.
From December 4–8, 2023, health personnel and specialists attended to nearly 1,000 children, delivering more than 300 medicines and vitamins. Each form of care and medicine delivered was free of charge.
Under the motto “To serve, heal, and save,” each child and their families were treated with love and professionalism, leaving a positive mark on the health of the little ones. Among the specialties provided were pediatrics, ophthalmology, dentistry, nutrition, triage, and laboratory tests.
